TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions are subject to regular change and will be available online at the time of change. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions.

1. Responsibilities and Scope of Work

  • Prior to quote acceptance, it is the Client/Owner’s responsibility to confirm whether a Building Approval is required for Cabinet Connections to perform their work. If required, please advise if Cabinet Connections are to perform any work specifically related to the building approval to ensure compliance.

  • Any works required outside of our listed scope may require licenced tradespeople. It is the Owner/Client’s responsibility to ensure that all tradespeople are licenced, insured, and have a contract directly with them.

  • For non-account holders: 50% deposit payable on order, with the remaining 50% payable prior to delivery/installation. For account holders: 100% payment within 7 days of delivery/installation.

  • All goods remain the property of Cabinet Connections until all monies are paid.

  • No allowances have been made for other trades, including disconnection/reconnection of plumbing and electrical, or the supply and installation of electrical goods, sinks, wall-hung basins, tapware, or tiled splashbacks, unless explicitly stated.

  • All electrical work, electrical goods, plumbing, sinks, basins, taps, tiling, plastering, and painting are not the responsibility of Cabinet Connections unless otherwise stated.

  • Basins or sinks that are not fully sealable to benchtops will not be installed by Cabinet Connections (please check with the supplier when purchasing).

  • Provision of range hood ducting is provided to ceiling only. Ducting from ceiling is to be completed by others, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to colour and handle selection unless specified otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to site inspection and site measurements.

  • Electronic signatures are accepted as a valid method of approval and agreement between the client and Cabinet Connections.

2. About Your Plans

  • Your plans are final once they have been signed by you.

  • Any changes requested after final approval may require a variation and possible additional costs.

  • Plans should be viewed in conjunction with your Quote.

3. QBCC Contract & Insurance Premium

  • QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) Contract & Insurance Premium is a requirement for all projects valued at or above $3,300 and is in place to protect the consumer.

4. Photos of Your Project

  • You understand and agree that Cabinet Connections, and companies or individuals chosen by Cabinet Connections, may use images of your project for advertising, marketing, promotion, display, competitions, social media, and online purposes.

  • This may include “before” images of your property, either supplied by you or taken by us.
